INSTALLATION NOTES FOR CLASSIC CLIPS

IMPORTANT!- This install does NOT set up the MS Video
runtime drivers which are included and are required 
to play .AVI full motion video. There is a seperate 
installation routine for the MS Video Runtime. 

To install the MS Video Runtime select File, then Run
from Program Manager. Then type X:\RUNTIME\SETUP (where
X: is your CD Rom Drive letter) and press enter or select
OK. 

Don't you just hate install programs that modify your 
Windows files and directories without telling you what
they do?  Well, we are a little bit more considerate than 
that.  

None of the programs in Classic Clips modify any 
Windows system files such as WIN.INI, or SYSTEM.INI.  
However, the install program does create a Classic Clips 
group. The Movie Time Screen Saver MVTIME.SCR is copied
into your Windows directory.

The following directory is created on your 
hard drive:

C:\CLIPDIR		Program directory for Clip Director
			and Demo program.
			(May be changed during installation)

The Microsoft Video Runtime is a copywrited product, and is 
included in this package under a license from Microsoft.  It is 
not a public domain product and may not be freely copied or 
distributed.  Contact Microsoft for specific licensing information.
